1. Once again, restaurants who clearly list allergens for customers who might be gluten/dairy free. I never understood how important this was until now.

2. Last Saturday when I made it through staying on track, I purchased a battery clock with a backlight that stays lit. I've used it for a week now and am pleased with my "reward."

3. I love how everybody here shares ideas and suggestions. I've learned so much from all of you.

4. We need rain. Hopefully, we'll see some showers soon.
