Pain didn't wake me up and felt pretty ok this morning. I adjusted down the air in my Sleep Number bed. I think that helped.

Had 6 telehealth clients yesterday and decided to go to the office instead of working from home. I can concentrate better there than when I'm at home. I get distracted by the dogs and the little things I can do between clients ie throw a load of laundry in, blah, blah, blah.

Going to try to get new hearing aids before my trip. Aetna pays $2000 per ear.
