What happened is that the insurance company gave them the authorization number that they had for his PT scan, but it didn't go through; the insurance company kept giving them the wrong number. Then they said that they needed another 5-12 business days to review it before they could give a new authorization because they now go through a third party.
Our medical community used to be so good and insurance was easy. This insurance has been very good up until the beginning of March, now we might as well not have it.
