Poppy got an allergy shot yesterday. She has already quit sneezing and scratching.

Indoor plumbing.

Appliances. I didn't realize how much I depended on my appliances until I spent several weeks without a kitchen. Thanks to an Air Fryer and a crockpot, we were still able to eat.

Electricity. I saw where Cuba's grid went down. That would be such a nightmare. I keep thinking about people who are on oxygen and even CPAPs, as well as all the other things that need power.
