The lady from whom we bought the condo put in all new windows. It stays very warm for a long time. Makes a difference. It's 45 years old.

Mike came over and did the taxes. He also did a 'review' on my finances. He has made safe investments and it's working out well. He's so good at his job. I am very grateful.

I am babying my feet. Seems like it's starting to help.
