1. Feeling better today.

2. Krista’s dad is doing better at home. Still praying his pain will lessen.

3. Ken is going to try out a temporary spinal stimulator to help with the pain in his lower back (bulging discs). If it works he will have a permanent one implanted. Waiting to get the approval from insurance but then will set this up.

4. Today is a new day. Food has been off for a few weeks now. Hoping today gets me back on track.

5. All of you ladies! I love how we are a part of each others’ lives!!
