Molly Maid is here today. Grateful.

I got into to see the Podiatrist for this afternoon. I see the Orthotist tomorrow afternoon. Grateful to get in so quickly.

I decided that I must stop looking at my screens at least an hour before I go to sleep. I have had a hard time sleeping this past week. Been reading all about it.

Being able to use a laundry service. Murray always did the laundry. Mike takes it over and picks it up.
I don't go downstairs in the basement. Tricky stairs...tricky feet.
