1) 246.2 - 50 lb gone since surgery last September

2) Dad has follow-ups with hip surgeon and cancer doctor in the next 2 weeks. Hopefully we can get what remains "unsolved" solved!

3) physio is coming to see him again today

4) nurse changed bandage on his hip yesterday and said it is healing well

5) going to wear my new diamond ring today - I will share a pic later, I promise!
