Still trying vegan cheese... I tried vegan ricotta with pasta and doctored up sweet potato puree. (The sweet potato pasta sauce I thought it was disgusting and threw it all away. Grateful to have it out of my life and mouth.
PS... I've found a couple of vegan cheeses that are very good.. I'll stick with them
