At Felicia’s house spending time with her and the grandkids. I haven’t since early January. I have missed them

I’m doing OK in PT. I have range that they want me to have but pain. It will work itself out. I go to the surgeon next Monday for checkup

Our Anniversary is next Sunday the 19th. 17 years but we met and started seriously dating February 2005. Time flies

It's time I get more active. I've been working on my food.
