1. Modern medicine. So grateful that there are procedures in the world to help with what hurts.

2. Ken’s surgery date has arrived. Praying that this works! Grateful for the doctors, nurses, technicians that will be helping us today.

3. Being able to take off work the rest of the week and Monday to help Ken. They will be calling to have him turn up and down his stimulator to get the right strength.

4. Coffee and the big blue board in the morning.
