Spent the whole weekend visiting Felicia and the kids. It was so nice!

Monday had 2 injections in my foot. It has been hurting to walk where my ankle is fused and also the joint right on top of the foot where I have arthritis in it. Lots of steroid. It’s had me flared. It’s worth it for pain relief and better walking

Mammogram yesterday. Been putting it off because of the way you have to lift and move your shoulder. Glad to have it done
