Don't ask me why. Just got a bug about all the rescued beagle babies and had to adopt this guy to make room for them if any land in Richmond. Maybe because it's Mother's Day. Maybe because I'm nuts and always have to be stirring something up.

He has scared the cats to death with barking and trying to get in my bedroom AND he is marking everywhere. He does stop if I yell or stomp my foot. Co thought I brought home a dud because he wouldn't play with her. Last time outside, they played. Lew seems to like him and he favors Lew so far.

Was thinking about a name last night. I wanted it to be French like Cosette. Decided Antoine would work. I go to look at him and the rescue had named him Tony...I'll call him Antoine; Bill insists on Tony. They are all pooped...they, including moi! The rescue forgot about me. I was there for over 2 hours. I finally asked and they said my name had accidentally been crossed off the list. They waived the $300 adoption fee! I let a car go ahead of me yesterday in the Starbucks drive-thru
When I got to the window, that car had purchased a $10 gift card for me! Maybe there's something to this being nice stuff! LOL
