Exercise. I have been doi g some form of light exercise 2x a week. Will up it to 3x a week after vacation. Didn't want to do what I normally do and go all or nothing and flare everything

Vacation getting closer

Gave up something that was what I would call a shopping / spending addiction. Something you continually purchase more things for. And it can really add up. So proud of myself.
