I am so glad that ice helps you so much but every time you talk about it I shudder. Ice or any kind of cold makes me have muscle spams that sometimes spread over my whole body and makes it so painful wherever there are spasms that I can't handle it. I wish it would work for me.

I had to laugh at a cat video where the people hung their Christmas tree from the ceiling because every other year the cat had ruined it. The cat found a place to launch itself and get into that tree too. Some cats are just too smart as well as much too curious and mischievous for their own good.
