I took today and tomorrow off. Just not ready to listen, focus, problem solve, encourage and nurture. Yikes...no band width for that. I struggled some to even respond to Krista's report on her dad. Not that I don't care or feel it. The words of comfort didn't come without a struggle, but they came, so that's good.

I moved my clients to Wednesday and Thursday. I have to be ready for them.

For the next 2 days, no sweets, no bedtime cocktail, lots of water.
