He is right where he needs to be at the moment. I was there a week or 10 days for the infection, and it took another five months to feel like myself again, but I was nearly half his age at the time, so he may take longer to heal. I hope not, but if he is, don't let it get you or him down. Healing time is better than what he was facing before the surgery.
