The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
Faced the scale. Not happy

I was shocked. It read 300 exactly. I NEVER thought I would get back there. That's good incentive to try hard. I'll say that. I feel horrible. Physically emotionally every way. So glad I have another chance. And have you all to support me|
WE are right here for you CindyH

Getting on the scales is always the hardest. Now you can move on! I so understand how you are feeling. When I joined WW I weighed 325 pounds. I had trouble moving, standing still, even sleeping in my own bed. Such pain I knew I had to do something! |
You have had a good day with your eating, now all you have to do is get up and do it all over again! One day at a time...you got this! We are all cheering you on.
Just remember - YOU are worth the effort it takes to do this!
Thanks my friend. That's how I feel

I will not get back up to my all time high of 388. NEVER|

exactly how you feel. |
Maybe you could switch it up... try a different approach. Sometimes in the years of my weight loss career ...doing something different can be interesting and and fun.
OR stick with what you know and can ease back in to.
Think about the planning. Think about maybe a new 'diet' book on a subject that you think could be helpful
WE are here for YOU and your journey.
We are all on team Cindyh!!!!
Thank you all so much

Don't know what I'd do without you|

just making up your mind to believe that the worst is over now. You have done it before so you know it is something that you can do. |
How about planning some meals and snacks for the week and make sure you have what you need to succeed? You could also check to see if you think that I track bites would be a good app for you and if you can find a sale or coupon on it (I paid about $25 for a year). Parts of it are free but the restaurant part and something else, maybe the food scanner (?) had a charge. If you rarely eat out you may not even need to use the paid part.
We are here. If you really need someone you might even send out an SOS on private message on FB and find someone that is online. Come on, take my hand and let's start your journey.
