The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
1. That my head is okay. We have been having the craziest wind for the past couple of weeks and this morning was no exception. I was taking the trash dumpster (poly cart) out to the curb and when I got it out there the wind blew the lid up and walloped me on the top of my head! It really stunned me. I felt my neck cracking and I really thought for a split second that I had gotten hurt. Luckily it just stunned me, and I went to work and took some Tylenol and was okay, but it was quite a shock to my system. Grateful to be okay.
2. A productive day at work. I have been so busy but am getting a lot done which feels good. I’m grateful that I have a job I love and that I am good at. I can see myself working for several more years before I retire.
3. My friend Kim is finally starting to feel better after having food poisoning. It really kicked her butt for about 3 days, but she is back at work.
4. My friend who had a liver transplant got her stitches out today. It definitely helped make her feel better. She will have to be off 6-8 weeks yet while they work on getting her rejection meds regulated and to make sure her new liver is working like it should. She is recuperating in an extended stay hotel near the hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
5. Got through Wednesday and so far today in good shape food wise. So thankful after having an off day with food after weighing on Tuesday. I have found that if I eat an apple around 11 am it seems to help me not be overly hungry when I go home for lunch. I’m going to incorporate an apple a day for awhile and see if it helps me!
OMG ouch

That could have been horrible, so glad that you are ok.
Oh poor Kim and food poisoning YIKES 😢 horrible, glad she's on the mend.
Healing prayers on the way for your healing from the transplant. What an ordeal, i am glad she was able to get the needed care.
Sounds like your health program is going well. Fantastic! You got this!
