Beverly was the only one that said anything about wanting an exercise challenge this time. She was wanting easier exercises to give her foot time to heal so I put up some. She is now in severe pain and unable to join that so I haven't been posting. As it is I am trying to keep up my walking, even though I am mainly haivning to do it in the house and use Leslie Sansone walking videos. I want to get back up to 10,000 or more a day, half way there, because multiple sources say that less is good for our hearts but to lose weight we need at least that many with a calorie deficit in order to lose so I am trying to get back there without pushing it too hard and causing more problems than I solve.
The question I have is whether anyone wants to join in any kind of posting about what you have done even if you are going your own direction or is the FEWD adequate for all of you?

Im going to gently start back. I love Leslie too and told John I need to do that. I have so many of her videos. What’s your favorite. I need a gentle one. I’ve always loved miracle mile but I have a lot I’ve never tried. I bought a mystery bundle a long time ago and they just sent me random ones.
