Nothing crazy-but I was really hoping to see a nice loss. I know keeping my points at 23 is the key and I now need to hone in better foods. I still love low fat mozzarella cheese which I don’t need as well as rice cakes which I like for the crunch! I need to phase those 2 foods out of my diet. I can do this and I am NOT giving up! I appreciate and love you so much for cheering me on! Thank you sweet friend!!

If you can reduce your servings to no more than two fruits and no more than two starches per day and forego things with sugar (read labels for sugar as well as anything that ends in ose) until your next A1C check, I think it will be better. Fill up on non starchy vegetables and protein. See how that works
