The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

WARNING - LONG CONVOLUTED STORY TO FOLLOW
Yesterday, I was scheduled for bloodwork, and whenever I am scheduled for bloodwork, I ask my husband, who is diabetic to test my blood (because apparently when I don't have something to worry about, I create something, sad, but true). So, the test came out higher than normal. I went and had the bloodwork done, but while I waited for the results, I decided I was prediabetic, and began making plans on what I was going to have to do (after Mother's Day, of course) to change my current food plan. While I was consulting with Dr. Google, I found this website and thought you might like to see it because it discusses how being prediabetic could cause weight gain.
