The opera was very interesting. There are rare arias in modern opera. It's mostly just sung dialog. That’s how this one was which I don't enjoy. Mildred's mother sang the only sort-of-aeria and it was lovely. BUT, the orchestration was awesome, very dramatic in parts and I loved the staging. I am always amazed at the creativity in which a set designer can set a couple random things on the stage and you know it's a kitchen or whatever. It's so creative. The story was really well told. There were more African Americans in the house and their appreciation was loud and wonderful! BTW , it was called Loving vs Virginia not Loving vs Brown like I posted the other day.
We went to a great Mexican restaurant afterwards. We'll go back there for sure. We got there around5:30 or so and didn't leave until after 8. We don't see each other a lot but, when we do, we can talk forever.
Referrals are coming in at Aspect. I hope Aetna makes their decision about the surgery soon. If it's a yes, I'll stop accepting new clients.
It's nice being back with former coworkers. I'm not close to any of them, but, it's still nice.

A fun time. I’ve never been to an opera! I need to change that
