Hot coffee in the morning + counts as 3 glasses of fluid intake! Getting organized for the surgery and recovery. It's similar to getting ready for a trip abroad. LOL

Doing a lot of sit to stand exercises! I won't be able to sit in my.rocker recliner. The rocking makes it impossible to go from sit to stand. And, I'm not supposed to elevate my legs. My sofa is too soft. I sat in various chairs and, unlike Goldilocks, I didn't find one that is just right. I need a chair for my Aspect office so I ordered one from Wayfair. Once I don't need it anymore, I'll have someone get it to the office.

I finally found out that our patio chairs which were metal with a spring-type rocker were comfortable if I put their cushion on them and they made it easier to stand up because of the spring action. I sat outside a lot and had my husband bring one inside to sit in. After the second surgery, my husband got a lift chair and that made it so much easier. We don't normally use that chair but I don't think I want to be without a lift chair in the future just in case we need it. Still getting up out of bed pulled my stitches loose and it took 6 months to heal because it kept pulling when I would sit up.

Doctor's appointment on Tuesday, so Treat Day is postponed to Tuesday after the appointment. 3. Yesterday, we watched Nonnas on Netflix. Heart warming feel good film based on a true story. My kind of movie! 4. Enjoying watching the NBA playoffs with my husband. 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!
