Hi all Posted by Paula on 6/7/2025, 11:02 am Rough going. He did 2 laminectomys. He couldn't do the fusion we discussed because the cement from the kyphoplasty I had last September is impenetrable. He had the option of.fusing more vertebrae higher up but was concerned about how that would impact my flexibility. If this doesn't fix things , that is an option My back hurts like expected but I've had the worst headache. Finally last night they gave me fioricet and it knocked it out. Also had a gigantic panic attack yesterday. My nurse helped me through. Have had great nurses. Can't tolerate writing much . Think I'm going home today.

After I saw your post I got off quickly and unplugged. I am glad that you got help for the headache. You don't need more pain than you already have. Also glad that you had great nurses that helped you through the panic attack. Not fun. I can't believe they are sending you home today but if they did I hope that you made it home without too much trauma and are able to rest and not be in too much pain.
