He has been dismissed. 3. I reached my 40 hours by 10:30 today and I got off work early! 4. My New Balance shoes I ordered came in and I like them! 5. I came home today and mowed the front and back yard so I don’t have to do it this weekend! Yay!

Was told I didn’t really need to since I didn't have a fusion done but it gives me more support in my chair. Back on track with food, etc Krista got some.actual help yesterday! AC

Peggy said she gets up usually early in the morning and can’t fall back asleep so she puts it on then and wears hers. I think she said she wears it for 2 hours? Is the right? Glad you were able to shower alone! You are doing great!! So excited you are back on track with your food!

The wound was dry before I even left the hospital and has been since. I think.I broke.it open by wearing the brace. Blood spots all over my towels and comforter. I got in the shower and washed it a little. Not supposed to directly spray water on it. Called Joanne next door. She has a calm head and came over to help Bill re-bandage it. I'll call the doc tomorrow if it doesn't stop bleeding. I mean it looked like it was already stopping. Just wearing a tee shirt for now.
