If you have a lot of inflammation and they get rid of it your weight will go down soon after taking them. Just don't let them lie to you that you need to eat. You have lost weight on steroids before, you an do it again. Just keep on track. You can do it.

June 23, I was 302.4 so that's 10 lbs gone! OZ helping but also eating 2 meals a day for the most part and smaller portions.
