I walked 1.58 miles there!! Maybe the ablation is starting to help. I had my wooden walking stick. I’ll see how the pain is tonight. Hugs all

Cindy I ended up with 2.5 Posted by Cindyh on 7/6/2025, 5:10 am, in reply to "Happy 4th! …." Miles by the time we watched fireworks. Still hurting and didn’t sleep well Last night at all. Still awake now. I did make myself walk a little over a mile today. Just in total steps. I was NOT going to sit and do nothing.
