Murray is being sensible {finally) about talking it easy because of his symptoms flaring around his COPD and emphazima. We have an air quality index alert because the smoke coming down from the Canada fire. It's so good to know. I can't imagine living near the fire... awful... sad. I hope they get it under control soon. I made some zoodles has night... spiralized zucinni that like shaped like pasta. I am trying to eat more veggies. I had to cut off the skin first. Lovey dovey Princess Molly KK - She's a side cuddler. She'll sit right next to us and snuggle.. not a lap cat, however. I am so glad we rescued her. You ladies... Love you!!!

Beverly, I hope Posted by Delta on 7/14/2025, 1:35 pm, in reply to "mine" that Max finds as much enjoyment in Boy Scouts as my youngest grandson has. The camp/hike he is currently attending is one of his badge requirements, and he only has two more to complete to earn Eagle Scout. I am glad that Murray has decided to be sensible. The weatherman mentioned how tough the current weather and smoke are on people in your area.
