Everyone is saying that they stuck to their plan and expected better. Maybe there is something to that such as with the heat we are retaining fluid or that it was too hot to move as much as usual. I gotta believe that we will all do better when the heat lets up. We just have to follow the plan.

One ice cream on Saturday souldn't have made you gain that much weight unless it was a fish bowl sized ice cream. Like I told Cindy I think the heat has something to do with all of our weight gains/stalls this week. Keep up the good work and hopefully when this heat wave lets up we will all see the results we have been working for.

Like I told Cindy there has got to be something with the weather that we all worked hard for it and got weight. I am sure that the heat dome is making us retain fluid. Just keep doing what you know to do and you will get rewarded eventually.

The fluid is even worse than fat and harder to get rid of. I have a plan for both, been working it hard, and writing it down, but it is a struggle. I feel as if I have lived in the bathroom this week and yet I was going up every day until yesterday. Now I am dehydrated so I have to be careful about the diuretics and get some electrolytes back in so it may go back up.

I've lost almost 40 pounds since May but I can't see it...clothed or naked. You would think my tees and cheap knit capris would just be hanging off me but they aren't. I don't have the energy to try on random clothes to check the fit. I still expect to see a gain when I'm back in action. The weeks prior to the first surgery, I was averaging 1300 calories a day. Maybe I'm close to that again
