The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Tuesday Grats

Our great-grandson has been feeling poorly for a few days, but he got worse the night before last. They took him to the doctor yesterday, and found that he has a virus that has caused pneumonia. He was put on a lot of medications, and he is already feeling better, but he is under quarantine for a week, so he will miss his 2nd birthday party that was scheduled for Saturday. Grateful that they took him when they did and that the meds seem to be making him better.
Yesterday I was charging my Fitbit while in the shower and forgot to put it back on when I got out, then we ran errands. I discovered when I put it back on last night that it had recorded almost 5,000 steps. I figured that as long as they are synced and I have my phone in my pocket, it is recording my steps on the Fitbit, too. I have had one for years and never knew that.
Our crazy Poppy dog. She is so funny and makes us laugh so much. I am glad that we got her.
My husband had a quarterly checkup today. All his numbers are very good except for having an infection; he knew that his sinuses were infected. Seems like his normal lately. He is scheduled for an MRI on Friday to see if there is a blockage causing so many.
My husband was telling the doctor about getting three ticks on him while working in the woodland area at the lake, and that they were all dead the next morning when I found them and pulled them off. Doc said they got an overload of insulin when he took a shot. He also reassured him that his chance of developing any illness from them is almost zero since he started taking the very meds that they give for tick-borne illnesses the day that he found them for yet another sinus infection.

Seeing clients
Visit and lunch with Deborah. I really needed this.
Cooler for a few more days.
Following through with my plan to walk laps in my driveway
Deborah's visit coincided with my cleaning ladies being here before she came. Her home is always neat and clean. Mine? Not so much!
