Here is an update. *thanks for he shout out, Paula" Posted by Beverly on 8/8/2025, 10:20 pm I am realy tired right now. Murray is doing some better... but, still some to go. I got there in time to to see the doctor. He said that Murray has less phlegm and less coughing. He is using less oxygen. However, Murray is not very strong in getting around. They have only had him up 3 times to walk at all.. to poop, Otherwise uses the plastic thingy. He had the respeeratory theapist give him different devices to help with his lung strength. It's true that I have some handicaps. I can cook and help him in oher ways. What I want for Murray is to be strong enough to come home so that he will thrive. I am falling asleep. More later. Getting his strength and stamina back will take time. I know this first hand with everything Ken has/is going through. Ken had Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy and a nurse come to the house to work with him which was nice. Insurance paid for it 100% so when he is getting ready to be dismissed be sure and talk to them about those services. In the meantime you have to take care of yourself. I’m so glad you have kids/grands there to help you. Love you sweet friend.
