I think it was the relief from not having to lay on all that dressing and the 'plug' thing that attached the vac to the wound! A little nervous because this dressing is itching so.e, too. It is much more manageable. I just think my poor skin is over this! When I get up to move from one place to another, I keep reaching behind me to make sure the hose is not tangled anywhere! No hose. No vac!! Back feels better Finally going to make the turkey skillet today I wayyyyy over ate yesterday. Historical way of celebrating. A good reminder that falling off the food cliff if always one decision away. Hair looks pretty. Those including me in your grats. You guys have bee such a fantastic support through all of this. Can't thank you enough. BTW, I was ready my medical records, I was actually septic when I was admitted. Maybe I posted this already. I know I told someone. I did talk to another legal and they said that I would need one doctor to testify against another and that was very unlikely to happen.

I am so sorry. Yes... your hair looks so nice. I even showed Murray. BTW... he would ask me how you were doing if I didn't menetion it for a few days or so. We all met when WW switched from in person meetings to zoom meetings. I stopped doing them when we started back to the in person meetings and then when that ended I was continuing to meet with our Weight loss Connections group in person. I stopped that when Ken got sick and have never gone back. I am grateful to be doing the online meeting with friends I know. 2. It’s the weekend! Love my time with my guy! 3. Curbside pickups! Ordered my groceries from Walmart and will be picking them up in a couple of hours! Love the convenience! 4. Streaming shows! I love being able to do this! So many shows to chose from. 5. The ability to work out in the yard. I am so grateful.

Five for me... Posted by Joan on 8/16/2025, 7:07 am, in reply to "Saturday Gratitude..." 1. Yesterday was the Feast of the Assumption, a Holy Day of obligation to go to Church to honor Mary! 2. Krista has a September 23 date scheduled for her surgery. I've recently been reading positive research about the surgery, so I am really excited for her! 3. Paula had her vac removed, and was able to go to her hair appointment untethered. I personally couldn't understand how she was going to be able to go with it! 4. Flavored chapstick, especially chocolate! 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!
