I like banana cake, muffins, cookies-but can not just sit down and peel a banana and eat it, so I was interested to try this recipe. You may have heard of it before, but I just made the for the second time and love them! Banana Pancakes 1 ripe banana - smoosh until fairly smooth 2 eggs- add to banana and mix Splash of vanilla That’s it! I decided to grind up some old fashioned oats into powder and add a little bit of that to give it some more fiber and then made pancakes as usual! It makes 2 decent sized pancakes or 4 smaller ones. They tasted great and I can’t get over how fast they were to whip up! YUM!!

I have tried these Posted by Delta on 8/16/2025, 3:02 pm, in reply to "Check out this easy recipe…." They made me gag. There is something about cooked banana for me. I just can't eat it. I can eat banana bread made from my MIL's recipe but anything else that has cooked banana just won't go down. I like my bananas mostly green. Just weird like that. I have a cottage cheese pancake recipe. I'll have to run it down and see how bad the numbers look on WW. I seem to remember that it is more keto than WW. They were THM. Seems like it has a little almond flour but don't quote me on that. Light, fluffy and yum.
