Really need some advice Posted by Paula on 9/3/2025, 12:06 pm I was just in the bathroom, using some of the wet wipes bathing sheets. Nurse was coming and I didn't have time to get in the shower. Anyway, I was cleaning the area under my apron and down to that thin area right next to mu pube. There was fresh, red blood all along the line I was cleaning. I use A&D ointment in those areas and always have. It's worked great until now. My 'apron' is hanging ever lower as I lose more weight...not fair! Have any of you ever experienced this? What would you do? Thanks

You probably notice it more on the white wipes if you use colored washcloths in your bathroom. Clobetasol ointment not cream when it gets dry and scaly itchy and lastly if staying too wet / sweaty a powder. I have Rx nystatin but can also use any Walmart antifungal powder or even cornstarch powder. If I start bleeding I’m very careful with that area for a couple days ( I’ve rubbed too hard) and it clears up. TMI I’m sure. Ask anything. I hope that helped
