Just tired I think it’s the extra BP meds. I appreciate all of you! I don’t know why I’m having so many palpitations. Or why my BP has gotten so high. I had started eating right already. Getting the refined junk out of the house. Trying to eat less carbs. Not very low but less. I will be posting more as I feel better. My shoulder has gotten very bad. Need to go to the specialist but he is 4 hours away. It pop pop pops when I do my exercises now and the shot didn’t help.

On a couple they tried on me, I slept or wanted to for two weeks. Also, Cindy said you thought you might be coming down wth a cold or something. We just got over two different viruses going around that both felt as if we were coming down with the flu or a cold for several days, then woke up feeling better. Some coughing on occasion but not all the time. It wiped us out. Both of us went two days without a shower or putting on clothes. My husband takes a shower when he gets up and before he goes to bed, and sometimes in between. If he doesn't take a shower, he is sick. It made me have palpitations and scared me for a few days, had my defib working overtime and driving me crazy, but before I could get in to see the doctor, I felt better, and they stopped. I hope you feel better soon and yours stops too.

I was getting ready to post in the group. I feel like I’m getting sick. Cough. Some congestion. noooo lol. Anyway they did the echo and told me he would read it next week. That’s about all I know about it. I am feeling some better with more blood pressure meds. Me again… She must have fallen asleep before coming in to post, so I am sure she won’t mind me posting this for her. It sounds like she is catching a cold on top of everything else! Please keep her in your prayers.
