Not sure what that is all about-but I’ve decided that since I had such a big loss last week I am not going to stress over this small gain. Let’s keep going and see what next week brings!

236.2. Down 1.6 Posted by Paula on 9/10/2025, 7:59 am, in reply to "WIW" Best thing has been going through my clothes. Thinking about returning to the office soon and the trip to Spain, I've had to figure out what to wear. I'm finding quite a but in the, 'when I lose weight' clothes that are fitting or, almost fitting. 16W pants are mostly fitting. The waist is a little tight in some of them while the butt and thighs are baggy. I'm still pretty much a 3x on top. I have small boobs but I'm broad and have this hanging gut!

By the way, you are only 3/10ths from what I said that you would get to, and I added or more. Somehow, after illness, it is easy to lose. I read that our gut has time to heal from the bad foods that we are not eating while sick, and we can lose again, but if we start eating the processed foods and sweets again, it can stop or reverse the loss. I do know that I kept losing until I kept trying sweets that did not taste good at all until they tasted good again. Why did I do that? I think it is all about the energy it gives me or the boost of endorphins. Anyway, don't do like me.
