It always impresses me so when she can gain a bunch of weight on her trips, come home, get right back on her plan and lose it all so quickly. Such a role model!

I would love to one day be able to have a treat meal once a week and then get right back on track. That is something I have tried numerous times and it always takes me several days to get back on track! I bet she is having a blast!!
