So thankful as sometimes shipments are delayed. Delta I checked the model number on the box and it is the correct sink! (I was tempted to open the box to look at it-but decided to leave things alone!) 3. All the blessings we have. Thank you God. 4. A relaxing weekend. Love my down time with my guy. 5. Mine Posted by Paula on 9/14/2025, 11:58 am, in reply to "Gratefuls for Sunday." Fluid pills, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers. I woke up hurting almost everywhere. Elbows, neck, right shoulder from a spasm last night that went from my neck through my right shoulder blade, my back at various levels! Hopefully it's just fluid retention. I can't take anti-inflammatory medication very often because it tears up my stomach but took a Meloxicam when I got up. I got 2 vaccines Thursday. Seems like this would be too late for this kind of body response. Pain usually takes away my appetite but I need to make myself eat something for breakfast. It's too easy to eat the wrong or too much stuff with the tired refrain, 'well, you know, you didn't have any breakfast so....eat all the wrong stuff." Grat is for the insite into my common 'sabateurs.' Words of encouragement yesterday from you ladies about going back into the world. I have really developed a strong sense of being frail. I have to get stronger and disprove that. Nice weather

That is something that Ken isn’t doing and I believe if he doesn’t he will never get stronger. I am so in awe of all you are doing! I love Meloxicam. I take it daily and if I run out and don’t take it for a few days I can really feel it in my joints. I also have an elbow that causes me some pain (I thought of you the first time I noticed it!) and I have been putting Frankincense on it. That usually eases the pain for a few days and then when it starts aching again and I need to apply more. I just need to start putting it on daily. I swear by Frankincense to help with my sore joints. Keep pushing yourself girl-you are far too young to feel old!! Love you!

Some days Ken is so frustrated that he can’t do what he did before he got sick. I have been trying to encourage him to think about the things he can do and not what he can’t! It’s a long road-and hard on us women as well. It’s hard to see our guys struggle. Just know you aren’t alone -we are all here for you and with you! Take care of YOU! You can’t be there for Murray if you don’t!
