My five… Posted by Cindy on 9/20/2025, 8:53 pm, in reply to "Saturday Gratitude..." 1. A really good weight loss Zoom meeting this morning! 2. Curbside pickup from Walmart! So convenient! 3. Jessica and Roger stopped by for a visit today. It was nice seeing them. Jessica was talking about needing to get on her treadmill but not being motivated, so, Ken challenged her to 5 minutes a day and I agreed to do it too! 4. Bolthouse Farms chunky blue cheese dressing. I love this stuff! 5. This day and all it has to offer. God is good.

Mine Posted by Paula on 9/20/2025, 10:55 am, in reply to "Saturday Gratitude..." Back to sanity today. I ate and ate and ate for 2 days and gained almost 5 pounds. Good reminder that the sweet addiction is real. Dreaming of Nice Packing for this trip is tricky. The last time I was in Seville, it was early October and it was near 100° every day I as there. I am going later in October but the temps are so unpredictable. I am going to have to really plan for layers. I decided I needed some more light weight pants instead of just jeans. My 18 capris fall off and sag way too much in the butt. I found some Talbot 14W capris in my stash. The waist is a little tight but the rest fits great. I'm wearing them today to see if there is any stretch in the waist. I don't want to buy anything. Don't know why I don't have any 16W. Maybe they're in another stash I haven't found yet. Making Skinnytaste Eggplant Parm today Bill's willingness to feed the dogs when I want to sleep in *which is usually* LOL

I totally understand trying to plan a wardrobe for a trip having just gone through it myself. I froze when I first arrived in Ohio. 14W and 16W is awesome, just awesome, and I am so happy and proud of what you have accomplished. I can't wait till we get to France!

Five for me... Posted by Joan on 9/20/2025, 7:13 am, in reply to "Saturday Gratitude..." 1. We stayed at my sister's house when we went to Ohio. We became part of the welcoming party whenever family members/friends arrived. I have brothers/sisters-in-law in California and North Carolina. It was so much fun anticipating their arrival, as well as family members from Pennsylvania and New York. Friends arrived from all over Ohio. 2. There was a photo booth at the wedding reception. You could get a nice picture or a silly picture taken which was printed for you on the spot. 3. There was a cookie table at the reception which was new to me. People brought several dozen cookies to the reception, and along with the wedding cake, you could pick more cookies than you could possibly eat from the cookie buffet. There were cookie bags at the display of over 3000 cookies, and before you left, you were encouraged to pack a bag of cookies to take with you. Needless to say, I had cookies for breakfast the day after the wedding. Sad, but true. 4. One of my favorite events was a "girls only" lunch the day before the rehearsal dinner. I was so honored to be part of the luncheon. My face hurt from smiling so much! 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!
