That was 2 days ago and I can hold my phone again now. They have throbbed so much. I don’t recommend it but I don’t recommend trigger fingers either. Eating on plan is going well Going to AJs band competition Saturday. It starts at 9’am. Is 2 hours away and ends around 7. Will be a long day. I’m so excited about it. About ready to get back in the gym. Wondering how that will go w compression socks. What a pain. Oh the joys of aging. Got more compression socks. Thank you Cindy for helping me learn a good brand! All of you.

Unbelievable Posted by Krista on 9/26/2025, 7:19 pm, in reply to "Cindyh" I'd say it has too, CindyH. Surgery was about 90 minutes, larascopically, with 4 small incisions and one larger one. I can't believe that I haven't had more pain but they said 90% of the people DO have the results with little pain/nausea. I'm glad it happened to me and I feel like I've flown through it too! Thanks for your support!

My contractor saw how disappointed I was that I didn’t get my delivery and surprised me by hanging my upper cabinet doors that he wasn’t going to hang until after the appliances were in. He’s a good man. 3. Krista should be back home tonight! 4. Home Depot said that once everything was delivered they would compensate me for the screw up on my delivery. Hopefully they will. 5. This day and all it has to offer me. God is good and I know everything will be ok.

Lewis is deaf now so when it's time to go out and he's sound asleep in the den, I tell Co to go get him. She goes right to him, goes into puppy play mode and uses those long legs to bat at his bed. Cutest thing! The power lies within us to make weight loss happen. I need to repeat that 100x/day! Chewy.. saves me from having to lug heavy pet products home and is cheaper than my local stores. Me? Heading to France and Spain in a few weeks. Yes, me! I am a little nervous about my stamina and balance but, one of the great things about solo travel is I can do as little or as much as suits me.
