So disappointed… Posted by Cindy on 9/25/2025, 5:34 pm I took today off as my appliances were supposed to be delivered. I had my contractor and my plumber here and I get a text saying the appliances were 1 stop away! Then I get a text saying they are sorry they missed me but I could call to reschedule! I looked at the picture that they sent and it was the WRONG HOUSE! They also sent a pic of their delivery sheet that you had to initial and they highlighted the name below my name! Ugh! I called in 4 times trying to tell them they were at the wrong address and was told that I would have to reschedule since I wasn’t home! I just wanted to scream! So I just got a text saying they will come back out on Saturday. My guy that is installing them can’t come back till Monday so hopefully we will have everything installed by Monday evening. Just wanted to update you.

The first was because I didn't measure the entrance correctly and they couldn't get my fridge in. The second was because workmen closed my street down the middle and the truck couldn't get through . I had given my fridge away the morning it was first to be delivered. We lived out of a cooler for 3 or 4 weeks! Alls we'll that ends well!

So sorry that this happened to you Posted by Delta on 9/25/2025, 5:49 pm, in reply to "So disappointed…" Unfortunately, we are finding that they are doing that a lot lately. It is infuriating. The same thing happened on a whole house full of furniture for the cabin, then the fridge, then the washer. It also happened with an order from Walmart, 20 miles away. When it is not where you live, it can REALLY rain on your parade to have to make plans to stay for another week because they only deliver to that town once a week. We were there the whole time for all of it, and the GPS works well there. Just sorry that it messed everything up for you.
