Sharing my Sunday Posted by Krista on 9/29/2025, 11:27 am Very busy day with auction work but I still stayed the course - could have drank a little more and more protein. Last night was the first time I felt hungry since pre-op but I was tied up in work. I need to prioritize me. - 10 oz coffee with splenda - gatorade zero - Premium Protein chocolate - gatorade zero - Good Protein vanilla shake - water - 2 sugar free chocolate pudding with 1 scoop added protein Protein for day 59 grams so I need to ensure I get more than this (65 is the min goal according to my guide) I did NOT get any exercise!

The goal is 65 grams of protein and 2L liquids total including the shakes daily. Each stage changes so I will share as I go along but there are guidelines for each food group and how many servings daily. We don't count calories but by the servings, we can figure it out together They don't want calorie counting specifically but let me get deeper into the material today and I will share more and more.
