updates Posted by Beverly on 9/30/2025, 5:23 pm Saturday was a good day. Our neig.hbors and best friends from our neighborhood in Hilliard, Ohio//... came to visit and stay for a visit and pizza on Sunday. These were the neighbors with the three kids we knew as infants.. and have watched them grow up and go to college and trade school. Like grandkids to us. Yes.. good, good friends! . It was nice that these very good friends came a day early to EAst Lansing to visit Murray. (Their daughter, a freshman La Crosse player from Finday College, was playing a scrimmage with Michigan State's team on Sunday) Yesterday his best friend, Jim stopped by and Nancy, his sister, arrived from Ohio. It was great. However, around 7 or so, Murray starting having trouble breathing. His 02 was too low and I had to call the squad. We headed to ER. This morning Murray was to have his brochoskopy. It when they go into his lungs with a camera and take small sections for a biopsy. They took him from the ER to his surgery. We decided to admit him instead of doing this out patient, We have been with him all the time. Mostly waiting to hear something. I came home a couple hours ago because my gastro system is now in an uproar. This is hard to not be there. But Mike and Nancy are keeping me updated. I let you know what's going on. t
