So, I get a notice from the Palace of Madrid that my visit had been canceled because they are closing for 5 days. Bummed because that was the main thing I wanted to do in Madrid and missed it the last time I was there. Technology, and, voila, train from Seville to Madrid moved to an earlier time and palace ticket available later that day! That does mean that my ticket to the Prado Museum won't work and I'll have to buy a ticket for a different day. No exchanges allowed. IDK how people planned a trip before we had all this tech! Bill to help me take both dogs to the vet this morning to finish their vaccines. Had a talk with myself this morning when part of me was whining about being deprived of sweets. "I am not depriving you of anything. I am opening the way for you to reach the goal you set for yourself!" Have a waiting list of clients wanting to see me. That feels good...not that they have to wait but it shows my flow of clients is there as current clients finish up. Mammo and last-before-my-trip PT appointments tomorrow. I'll return to PT when I get back home.

Eager for all the pics and what you have to say about everything. Before all this technology, people relied on a good travel agent who was on the phone constantly. Before that, they just took it one day at a time. I LOVE your talk with yourself. You are so right. Sweets tear down so much of our health and happiness with their sweet lies and false promises.
