Mine too! Posted by Delta on 10/18/2025, 3:25 pm, in reply to "ok Cindy" I feel like if I could sleep better that I could lose weight better. I don't know what is wrong with my sleep. I even took Ambien and was basically paralyzed until the same time that I usually fall asleep, no matter how sleep deprived or how many better sleep tips I try my brain just won't go to sleep. Once I get to sleep I usually sleep fine but it is so late that everyone else moving around gets me up.
