Sunday Grats Posted by Delta on 10/19/2025, 2:26 pm, in reply to "Sunday grats..." That Murray and Beverly had each other for all these years. The story of their wedding. They started out surmounting obstacles together and just kept doing it. The family had a good visit with Murray yesterday. That Murray made his exit on a good day after enjoying his family and making plans for a ballgame later. I wish he had more time with his family, but I am grateful that Beverly and his family were spared watching the long, slow, horrific end of this disease play out as I did 3 times in our family. I would spare anyone that if I could. All of you ladies on the blue board. I pray for you all the time. I found out yesterday that one of my dearest friends has found love and is getting married for the first time at almost 60. It was one of my dearest wishes, and his, for him since I have known him. He just never found "the one" until now.

My five… Posted by Cindy on 10/19/2025, 1:17 pm, in reply to "Sunday grats..." 1. The love Beverly and Murray shared. 2. I was able to paint the inside trim yesterday around our new patio doors. I had been planning on doing it for several weeks-but decided to just do it yesterday!! Love how nice it looks! 3. Our new countertops get installed tomorrow. So excited and glad installation day is finally here! 4. Being able to do all the updates to our house. From new flooring, new windows, new sink, new appliances, a new peninsula, a new patio door, a new backsplash-it’s all coming together. I am so grateful. 5. This day and all it has to offer. God is good. Love you ladies.

That the last time they saw him, he was in a good mood, tooling around in a new wheelchair and looking forward to watching a football game with his son. That he didn't have an ending full of suffering. May his memory be a blessing.

The scriptures remind us of the importance of helping others, as well as trusting in the Lord. 2. "No Kings" protests across the country. Hoping it helps with voter turn-out when the time comes. 3. We watched the 2025 version "How to Train Your Dragon." I love the story line. 4. Yesterday, I got my hair cut and styled at the salon. It seems so expensive, but I do it regularly anyway. 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!

I have always loved Posted by Delta on 10/19/2025, 2:33 pm, in reply to "Five for me..." the storyline of How to Train Your Dragon. Watched it with the grands when they were little on repeat. I can't wait to see the new one. When I was at my mother's in the spring my hair started bothering me. I was going to wait in the car while my husband ran into Kroger then ordered salads in the same parking lot when I noticed they had a Great Cuts or something. I told my husband I would be there. Had one of the best cuts that I have had in years for $19 (special). The cut was so good that it is only now needing some shaping. I usually have to have it done every 4-6 weeks to keep it looking decent. Wish I could go back to that gal. I saw where many other countries were joining in the "No Kings" movement in support of America. I also saw that support for Trump is growing lately. I don't know what to believe about the news lately. I just hope that we don't have to worry about it, and he is gone after his 4 years are up. I just know he is scheming, though.
