Update. Posted by Beverly on 10/20/2025, 11:16 pm It's been so intense here. Most of the family had left from the time when they first came here. My sister and Mandy will be back Tuesday night. Nancy is coming back Wednesday. Erika and her husband will back for the funeral. Mike and I meet with funeral home tomorrow afternoon to finalize plans. We still don't know exactly what we want. Murray always said to have a dixieland band at his funeral. LOL I am still having a difficult time telling friends that Murray has passed away. We were all hopeful he would live longer... as the doctor's said. So everyone is shocked to hear it. Interesting, Murray's sister who was a nursing home/rehab facility director for 30 years had told me she didn't think he would make it to Thanksgiving. Murray's body just couldn't keep him going on. I don't know how the doctor's said over a year. That's why are all so shocked. I am kind of getting used to it. It's been hard. Mike has been wonderful, stong, organized, thoughtful and more. I will let you know what's going on soon. Thanks for all of your prayers and wonderful thoughts. Love you all. Princess Molly seems confused.

A Dixieland band and a celebration of life sounds about right. Of course Mike has been wonderful, look who raised him. I am so glad that you are there, close to him and his family during this trying time.

I am thankful that the family will all be back together for the funeral. Lean on all your loved ones and on us. We love you so much.
