Has a nice talk with him Will see him again Sunday Dad is home and has passed many small stones and seems better and I think infection is clearing up. Will have surgery next week to remove the large stone All this declutter OMG in my house has been fruitful and will mostly end with a yard sale tomorrow early AM. My husband had to have 18 lithotripsies in 24 months plus having one removed by surgery. He kept an infection. He was much younger then so he bounded back better. I am happy that you have been able to remove your clutter. I got started and so far there are two piles of empty boxes and the pool table is full of stuff to go through and I have bogged down. Maybe you will be encouragement for me to finish. Good luck with the yard sale.

Friday Gratefuls Posted by Delta on 11/7/2025, 2:46 pm, in reply to "Friday gratefuls?" All the sweet comments about our new lake house. Ya'll are so sweet! Making two big pots of chicken soup. Sending one to my daughter, who is under the weather a bit. It smells so good in here right now. It's a rainy day and supposed to get cold on Sunday, so I figure it will be welcome tonight as well as Sunday night. Four rose bushes are still in bloom. Sunday night will most likely stop that since it is supposed to be down in the 20s or below. I had clematis still blooming on its second bloom until last week, and it got into the low 40s one night and put a stop to that. My youngest grandson has finished all his semesters of homeschooling and got As and Bs. He can start a new unit so that he can graduate early, but he gets out of college classes in two weeks until after the first of the year so he is going to wait and start in January. He has already told us that he wants to spend most of that time at the lake helping with whatever we are doing. You ladies who have become so dear to me over the years we have been meeting here.

I didn't have much of a reaction as in the past. Grateful. Meghan's mom and dad had me & Mike's family (not Alex, however.) It was nice to all be together. It's quiet here. I got my food delivered the other day. Mine included some mini apple danish. I didn't order them. I ate about half.... dumped some dawn dish soap on the rest and threw them away. But... someone must have received my cottage cheese instead. LOL I got the best deal. I received many phone calls with people talking about Murray. It's been nice. You wonderful, caring, loving ladies. I love you all. Thank you.

I have always said that if I were left alone, I would rent out rooms to other women in the same boat, like on The Golden Girls. Good for you on the Danish. Have some, then stop. Great choices. The crunch of an apple was a sign to me for many recent months that this was going to be a healthy day. WW Chili for the next few days. Co is off to daycare with Bill. People often bring treats for the staff. I went to Angelina's before I left Paris and bought them French chocolates and Macarons (not Macron or Macaroons...LOL) Talking with Bev My purple trench. However, I lost the belt. I think it was at Charles d'Gaulle airport. I've found replacement ones in every color except purple! Do people still dye thing?

For future belts, a trick is to do a single knot around one of the loops. That way, if it comes out, it won't fall out. Call the airport to see if a cleaning person turned it into lost and found. Airports always have boxes of chargers, gloves, and belts. I love that you have made a healthy habit by making your brain believe it is going to be a healthy day if you are crunching an apple. That genius!
