I am obsessed with watching this guy, Endris, a Posted by Paula on 11/11/2025, 9:24 am barber in a South American country, post videos of giving transformational haircuts to scraggly looking men. This morning, I saw a video of him giving an inspirational talk to a bunch of young men. This caught my eye. "I came without a suitcase, without my machines... but with one thing no one can take away from me: determination. I was borrowed a shirt and I went out to give it all. Because when the purpose is real, there are no excuses, there is surrender. I love that last line. Surrender to the process and all it takes to reach my goal. Stop creating road blocks! Surrender!
